在台车上开发真丝花色组织产品,成本低、上马快、工艺简单且提高设备利用率。文章介绍了花色组织的编织原理、方法,对其生产工艺、机械安装调试及生产中的清洁工作等问题作了探讨。
The development of pattern-stitched real silk knits with loop wheel machines has suchadvantages as low cost, quick start, simple process and higher equipment utilization. This paperpresents the principle and method of knitting pattern stitches, and discusses some problems of theprocess, e. g. the erection and trial run of the equipment and cleaning in production.
