摘要
目前有研究发现一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)与顺铂导致的内耳毒性关系密切,增加的NO可能参与了顺铂的耳毒性作用[1~3].近来又有文献报道,丹参salvia miltiorrhiza)可以通过降低一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)活性以降低庆大霉素耳毒性[4].
Purpose To explore the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on cisplatin ototoxicity and investigate the change on the inducible nitric oxide synthase expression. Methods Thirty two white guinea pigs with normal hearing were randomly divided into three groups. Then auditory brainstem response examination, light microscope, immmunohistochemistry, electron microscope and image quantative analysis technique were used to evaluate the change of hearing function and morphology. Results The difference of auditory brainstem response threshold and latrency of wave I between the experimental and the inhibited group was obvious ( P < 0.01). The average grey value in the experimental group was smaller than that in the inhibited ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza has the protective effect on the cisplatin ototoxicity, and this effect may be related to the decreasing expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase.
