摘要
目的 :观察冠心病不同类型患者中巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (MCSF)水平的变化及其与氧化低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)之间的关系 ,进一步探讨急性冠状动脉综合征预测的炎症指标。 方法 :采用酶联免疫法检测急性冠状动脉综合征组 (n =46)、稳定性心绞痛组 (n =45)和正常对照组 (n =40 )血浆MCSF及ox LDL水平。 结果 :3组血清MCSF、ox LDL的水平。血清MCSF和ox LDL水平在急性冠状动脉综合征组均显著高于稳定性心绞痛组和正常对照组 (P均 <0 0 0 1) ;稳定性心绞痛组血清MCSF和ox LDL水平均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5和 <0 0 0 1)。急性冠状动脉综合征组MCSF水平与ox LDL呈显著正相关 (r=0 571,P <0 0 0 1)。 结论 :急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清MCSF和ox LDL水平均明显升高 ,且两者呈显著正相关。从临床角度提示MCSF和ox LDL可能相互作用 ,促进了急性冠状动脉综合征的发生。
Objective: To investigate the difference of macrophage colony stimulating factor (MCSF) level in different subtyp es of coronary heart disease and it's relations hip with oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox LDL) ,and t o explore the potential predictors for acut e coronary syndromes (ACS). Methods: The study groups included 46 cas es of ACS, 45 of stable angina (SA) a nd 4 0 normal controls. Plasma levels of MCSF and ox LDL were measured using enzyme linked immunosorben t assay. Results: MCSF level was significantly hig her in patients with ACS (462 61± 51 91 pg/ml) than in those of the S A group(308 38±48 28 pg/ml, p<0 001) an d the normal control group (282 2 8±35 54 pg/ml,p<0 001). MCSF level wa s s ignificantly higher in patients with SA gro up (308 38±48 28 pg/ml, p<0 001 ) than in the normal controls (282 2 8±35 54 pg/ml,p<0 05). Plasma le vel of ox LDL was significantly higher in patient s with ACS (965 87±251 58 μg/L ) than in those of the SA group( 758 44±195 91 μg/L, p<0 001) an d normal controls (412 05±164 20 μg/ L,p< 0 001). Plasma level of ox LDL was sig ni ficantly higher in patients with SA group (758 44±195 91 μg/L) than in the n ormal controls (412 05±164 20 μg/L,p <0 001). There was a positive correlation between th e levels of MCSF and ox LDL (r=0 571 ,p<0 001). Conclusion: Plasma levels of both M CSF an d ox LDL are increased in patients with ACS . And the level of MCSF is positively corre lated with that of ox LDL. Ou r results suggest that MCSF and ox LDL may be involved in th e pathogenesis of ACS, leading to the de relopment of ACS .
