摘要
目的 预防妇科腹部手术患者麻醉术后尾骶部红肿发生。方法 80例患者分为 2组 ,实验组于麻醉术后 3h双手 (手心朝上 )紧贴床铺横插患者臀部置尾骶部于手心中 5min ,对照组作常规护理。结果 实验组无 1例患者麻醉术后发生尾骶部红肿。结论 麻醉术后患者平卧 6h属不能动 ,压疮危险性评分为 1分 。
Objective To prevent caudal swelling after anesthesia in gynecological patients undergoing abdominal operation.Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups: the study group, who were asked to put both hands (with the palms upward) under the buttocks for 5 min 3 h after anesthesia; and the control group, who received regular nursing.Results No caudal swelling was observed in any patient of the study group.Conclusions The pressure ulcer risk score is 1 point for patients who have to lie flat within 6 h after anesthesia, so preventive measures should be taken to prevent pressure ulcer from happening.
