茶色素对高血压病患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶和血浆总抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的 探讨茶色素对高血压病 (EH)患者血浆总抗氧化能力 (TAC)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力的影响。方法  6 1例患者随机分为维生素E组、茶色素组和安慰剂组 ,另取 2 5例体检正常者为正常对照组。各组血浆TAC水平和红细胞SOD活力采用分光光度计法测定。结果 服药前三组EH患者血浆TAC水平和红细胞SOD活力低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;与服药前相比 ,服药 4周后 ,茶色素组、维生素E组患者的血浆TAC水平和红细胞SOD活力升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,服药 8周后 ,茶色素组和维生素E组患者血浆TAC水平和红细胞SOD活力进一步增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而安慰剂组患者服药前后血浆TAC水平和红细胞SOD活力无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 EH患者的抗氧化能力较低 ,茶色素和维生素E具有明显的抗氧化作用 ,能清除体内的氧自由基 ,推测对阻抑动脉粥样硬化的进一步发展起到有益作用。 Objective It is to investigate the changes of plasma TAC and erythrocyte SOD activity in 61 patients with essential hypertension (EH) after administration of rubigin and to discuss the effects of rubigin on anti oxidative status in patients with EH. Methods Sixty one patients with EH were randomly divided into vitamin E group, rubigin group and placebo group. Plasma TAC level and erythrocyte SOD activity were measured with spectrophotometer method. Results The of plasma TAC level and erythrocyte SOD activity in patients with EH were lower than that in normal control group( P <0 01). Compared with before administration, the plasma TAC level and erythrocyte SOD activity in rubigin group and vitamin E group increased significantly four weeks after administration ( P <0.05) and increased more remarkably eight weeks after administration ( P <0.01). But those in placebo group had no obvious changes ( P >0.05). Conclusion There is lower anti oxidative ability in patients with EH. Rubigin and vitamin E can promote the anti oxidative ability in patients with EH, clean the oxygen derived free radicals and play a beneficial role in arresting progression of atherosclerosis.
