摘要
本文介绍无锡市2号机立窑使用控制闭门操作的STD工控机系统,包括其系统构成、功能,各功能板外接硬件、电路设计、系统软件设计、系统抗干扰措施等。该系统自1990年投入运转以来,取得了节电、节能、消除大气污染等良好的经济效益和社会效益。
STD micro-computer system for controlling the close-door burning method used in No.2 shaft kiln in Wuxi Cement plant is introduced in this paper. Its composition and Junctions, multi-Junctions hard ware, circuit design, system soft ware and disturbance-proof measures are also presented. The efficency of energy-saving and elimination of air pollution have been gained since this system was put into operation in 1990.
