摘要
参考实现是协议测试系统中接收测试执行的命令和数据 ,通过服务提供者与被测模块进行通信的功能模块 .本文讨论了协议集成测试系统 (PITS)中参考实现的扩充和增强技术 .通过引入测试数据产生、动态计算等子模块增强其处理能力 ,通过引入多个通道以增强控制、观察能力 ,为适应高速网络的测试 ,将参考实现划分为接收子层和提交子层 ,与帧扩展等技术相配合 ,增强了参考实现的功能 ,解决了系统在路由协议测试中遇到的问题 ,提高了 PITS的灵活性和效率 ,并保证了 PITS的兼容性 .增强的参考实现在路由协议的测试中发挥了良好的作用 .
The Reference Implementation (RI) is an important part of the test system. It gets data and command from Test Execution (TE) and sends packets to the Implementation Under Test (IUT) and receives its response. In this paper, the techniques exploited to enhance the RI are discussed. With such sub-modules as data generation and dynamic calculation introduced, the processing ability of the RI is strengthened. With multiple channels, the observability and the controllability are expanded. In order to cope with testing in high-speed network, the RI is divided into acceptance sub-layer and submission sub-layer. Cooperated with other techniques such as frame extension, the functions of RI are enhanced to overcome the problems encountered when testing routing protocols. The flexibility and the efficiency are increased while the compatibility remains. The enhanced RI plays an effective role in routing protocol test.
