摘要
地震灾害损失评估标准实施以来 ,云南地区共发生过 4 6次破坏性地震。以 4 6次破坏性地震的灾害损失评估资料为基础 ,分析了受灾人口与地震灾害经济损失的相关性 ,结果为两者呈非线性关系。提出利用受灾人口数据进行地震灾害损失快速预估的简便方法 ,并应用所提的方法对 2 0 0 1年云南地区
Since The Earthquake Loss Assessment Criteria came into effect, 46 destructive earthquakes have occurred in Yunnan area. Based on the data of earthquake loss assessment of these 46 destructive earthquakes, the relation between the earthquake-affected population and the economic losses is analyzed. The result shows that it is non-linear. In spite of this, a convenient fast pre-estimation method to the losses is put forward. Further, this method was applied to the analysis and study of 7 groups of earthquakes which occurred in Yunnan area in 2001.
