摘要
目的 :改进法莫替丁氯化钠注射液含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定法莫替丁氯化钠注射液中法莫替丁的含量 ,测定波长为 2 6 6nm。结果 :线性范围为 3.95～ 2 3.6 7μg·ml-1,法莫替丁的平均回收率为 10 0 % ,RSD =0 .1% (n=5 ) ,r =0 .9999(n =5 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为法莫替丁氯化钠注射液的含量测定方法。
Objective: To find a better method to detemine the content of famotdine sodium chloride injectio. Method: The content of famotdine was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, wavelength was at 266 nm. Result: The average recovery of famotdine was 100%, RSD was 0.71% (n=3). The linear range was 8～24 μg/ml, r= 0.999 9 (n=5). Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the content detemination of injectio famotdine.
