摘要
在酸性条件下 ,用硫酸铜氧化苯肼生成相应的重氮盐 ,加热分解放出氮气 ,测量氮气体积计算肼基的含量。通过正交试验 ,确定了反应时间45min,浓硫酸28ml,硫酸铜90ml,此法选择性高 ,不会受苯胺及酰胺的影响。并设计了测定氮气的装置。
In the case of acidity,relevant diazonium salt can be gotten by bluestone oxidizing phenyl-hydrazine,heating up to get nitrogen,then measuringthe volume of nitrogen to calculate the content of hydrazino.By orthogonal trial,many conditions are confirmed such as the time of reacting45minutes,oil of vitriol28ml and bluestone90ml.This method has a high selectivity,and is not influenced by aniline and amide.The device of measuring the volume of nitrogen is also designed.
