摘要
21世纪是信息的世纪 ,以农业经济为主的民族地区 ,加强农业信息资源建设 ,构建完善的农业信息化体系 ,是农业现代化建设的重要环节。文章分析了农业信息资源的内容、特点以及湖南西部地区农业信息资源建设现状 ,并从资源建设的原则、开发模式和人才培养等方面 ,提出了由政府调控、各信息机构联合共建。
The 21st century is the century of information. The national regions with the agriculture as the chief economy should strengthen the establishment of agricultural information resources and construct the perfect agricultural information system. It is an important link of agricultural modernization. This article analyses the content and characteristics of agricultural information resources and the constructive status of it in our city. From the principles of resources construction, developing models and personnel training, the article puts forward the constructive strategies, government control, joint construction of all information organisations and share of information.
