摘要
自 1975年中国与欧共体建交以来 ,中欧关系经历了三个发展阶段 ,即政治、经济良好发展阶段、短暂的低潮和加深对话与合作阶段。中欧关系发展前景十分广阔 ,中国与欧盟在政治、经济和安全等方面拥有共同利益 ,因此中国与欧盟全面合作伙伴关系是有希望建立起来的。
Since China and the European Union established relations in 1975,Sino-EU relations have experienced three stages of development: the stages have of good development of politics and economy, a low tide and deepening a dialogue and cooperation. China and EU have common interests in politics, economy and security ect, so the development of Sino-EU relation is of broad prospects. Thus, it's hopeful for them to establish comprehensive and cooperative companionship.
