摘要
怎样当好开放教育导学教师是人才培养模式改革的重要内容 ,是教学模式改革的主要课题和确立现代远程开放教育理念的必然要求。电大教师在从事现代远程开放教育的过程中应当积极进行探索。
How to be a good director in open education is the main content in the reformation of talents' cultivating mode, the major subject of reformation of teaching mode and the necessary demand in establishing the idea of modern distance open education. The TVU teachers should actively explore in the process of working on the modern distance open education.
