未出生胎儿作为人类发展的开端,关怀、尊重他是对人类自身价值的提升,正确认识他的法律地位,为其提供完善的法律保护,既符合人的本性,又是法律的出发点和归宿。
As the beginning of human being, to care and respect fetus is to exalt her value. Sufficiently knowing her position, then supplying perfect protection of law for her will not only reach legal beginning and the end, but meet human nature.
