根据现代大学生心理健康的现状,分析产生心理障碍的原因,采用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,对学校体育实施心理健康教育进行探讨,阐明了体育实施心理健康教育的优势与作用、途径与方法.
According to the statement of psychological health of college students.This paper analyser the canes of psychological development and its to the students.By way of logic analysis and docment eats,the author will probe into a series of questions of mental health education in schoolsports and clarify sports superiority and function.There foer we can rovide theatrical and practical bases to set up health education system in universities and improve student's mental health level.
