调车安全监控设备支撑装置的研制

摘要 轨道交通各站段调车推送作业中,为了减少误差,通常在车体前端加装拍摄装置,拍摄装置的安装固定即是调车安全的重要保证.本文通过资料收集、实地考察及设计分析,运用Solidworks为前端监控设备设计了一套支撑装置,用于前端设备在车钩处的安放及固定.通过ANSYS计算,该支撑装置的等效应力最大值为14.94 MPa,最大变形量为0.012 mm,满足强度、刚度要求,且具有简单轻便、拆卸快捷等优点,能满足现场环境的要求. During the transfer and push operation at rail transit stations, in order to reduce errors, a shooting device is usually fixed at the front of the car, an important guarantee of shunting safety. Through data collection, field inspection and design scheme comparison analysis, a set of front-end monitoring equipment is designed using the Solidworks to be placed and fixed at the coupler. Calculation by using ANSYS shows the supporting device’s maximum equivalent stress is 14.94 MPa and the maximum deformation is 0.012. It can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness, and has the advantages of being simple and light, and being easy to disassemble, and can meet the requirements of the site environment.
