摘要
负责任有担当不仅是人的精神内核,也是大学生成人成才的精神底蕴。论述了大学生责任精神培养的三个方面,从认知什么是担当精神入手,进而在社会实践中巩固和提升担当精神,在知行合一上下功夫,可望培养大学生担当精神。大学生担当精神培养是一个长期培养和共同教育的结果,持之以恒、小处着眼也是重要因素。
Being Responsibility is not only the spiritual core of human beings,but also the spiritual connotation of college students’education.This paper discusses three aspects of the cultivation of college students’responsibility spirit.It should not start with the understanding of what the responsibility spirit is,then consolidate and enhance the spirit of responsibility in social practice,and work hard on the unity of knowledge and practice,which is expected to cultivate college students’spirit of responsibility.The article also holds that the cultivation of college students’undertaking spirit is the result of long-term cultivation and common education,and perseverance is also an important factor.
