摘要
现代社会正在朝着新的方向发展前进,相比过去,国家更加注重对科学技术的关注和投入,这在一定程度上也决定了对人才的需求方向。每年的毕业季,有大批的学生从校园走向社会。从大多数企业的招聘需求来看,应聘者都需要具备一定的职业素养。而对于初入社会,没有工作经验的学生来说,职业素养需要从校园中开始培养与积累,而这恰恰是需要高职院校和学生共同努力才能完成的。
Compares with the past, the modern society is developing in a new way with more attention and devotion to science and technology in China, which to certain extent determines the talents demand. During each graduating season, large amounts of graduates step into the society. According to the recruitment requirements of most of the enterprises, certain professional quality is necessary for the job applicants. However, for the graduates with almost no work experience, professional quality need to be trained and accumulated in the college, which needs both students and colleges’ mutual effort.
