摘要
班干部是班集体的核心和骨干,充分发挥班干部的主体作用是班级管理成功的前提和根本。本文从选拔培养班干部和建立管理制度等四个方面,就如何发挥班干部在班级管理中的作用进行了有益的探讨。
As the backbones of the class, class leaders play an important role in managing the whole class successfully. This paper discusses how to choose, train and manage the class leaders, and how to put them into full play in class management.
