摘要
本文以高职院校自身的内在需求为切入点,从办出民办高职院校特色和活力的长期战略角度出发,论述了高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的重要性。同时,剖析了当前兼职教师管理中存在的问题,并就加强管理提出了若干建议。
This thesis takes the internal needs o f higher vocational colleges as a breakthrough point to discuss the importance of constructing the sideline teaching staff from the view of maintaining the features and energy of private vocational colleges in a strategic long-term. Meanwhile,it also analyzes the problems existing in the management of sideline teaching staff and gives several suggestions to reinforce the management.
