摘要
民办高职院校的学生教育管理工作必须适应新的形势,紧跟时代步伐,贴近学生思想实际,增强服务意识,创新工作方式,做到以人为本,全心全意、全方位、全过程为学生成才成长服务,全面提高学生综合素质和能力,为社会主义事业培养全面发展的合格人才。
Students management in higher vocational colleges must be seasoned with the new situation and, be practical and realistic. Students work should be carried out all heartedly, with strengthening service awareness, innovating of working and clinging to people-oriented principles throughout the whole cultivating process and in all aspects, so as to improve students’ comprehensive abilities and cultivate qualified personnel for the socialist cause.
