摘要
很多中等职业学校的计算机课程的课程教学模式由传统教学改为创新的翻转课堂,但实验室管理没有跟上教学改革的步伐,实验室设备更新速度跟不上教学改革需要,实验室的管理水平不高,实验教师队伍师资薄弱。针对存在的问题,文章探讨了计算机实验室如何配合教学的创新进行改革,通过改造计算机实验室,采用创新的管理方法,加强实验室师资队伍建设,引入云技术提升实验室的维护水平,创新管理模式探究对于学校教学有着重大的影响。
The innovative mode of flipped classroom has been adopted by computer curriculum reform of many schools. However, the reform of laboratory is out of sync with the reform of teaching, and the update speed of laboratory equipment cannot catch up with the needs of teaching reform. Moreover, the management level of laboratory is not high and there lack sufficient teachers in the laboratory.In view of above problems, how to reform computer laboratory in cooperation with the innovation of teaching is discussed in this thesis.Through transforming the computer laboratory, adopting innovative management mode, strengthening the construction of teaching staff in the laboratory and introducing cloud technology to improve the maintenance level of the laboratory, the management mode is innovated,which is of great significance to school teaching.
