摘要
在实际的运行过程中 ,由于劳动力市场发展的滞后 ,出现了劳动力市场中严重的城乡分隔。通过对劳动力市场城乡分隔的表现及原因分析 ,结合中国劳动力流动制度的变迁 ,分析了劳动力市场的城乡分隔对劳动力市场运行机制的影响。
In the course of practical operation, the delay in the development of labour market has resulted in the serious urban-rural separation in China's labour market. In this paper, by analyzing the causes and effects of the urban-rural separation in labour market, and taking into account the changes of China's labour-migrating system, an elaboration is made on the influence of urban-rural separation in labour market on the operational mechanism of China's labour market.
