摘要
目前占统治地位的观点认为,密实性是混凝土耐久性的最高原则,为此,采用大量掺加矿物掺合料以达到混凝土结构致密。本文提出保持水泥浆体高钙物质组成才是保证混凝土耐久性的关键,为此要求用高钙水泥配制混凝土,应少掺或不掺掺合料。本文设计了富钙混凝土和大掺量粉煤灰混凝土耐久性研究的综合性研究技术路线及可比性强的科学的混凝土试体配合比。
At present,a dominant viewpoint in concrete academic circle is that structural tightness(low porosity)should be the highest principle of concrete durability.So higher and higher volume of mineral materials(e.g.near or over 40% fly ash)was added to concrete to decrease the porosity.In this paper,another opinion is put forward that keeping high calcium(Ca(OH)2) content of concrete should be the key point when concrete durability is concerned.Therefore,high-calcium cement should be used to produce durable concrete and less volume mineral materials should be added.This paper designed a comprehensive technological research path and some scientific mix proportions of concrete specimens to compare the durability of the two above mentioned concretes.
