摘要
对大田栽培的香荚兰植株进行不同浓度的水杨酸 (SA)处理 ,结果表明 :较低浓度(2 5~ 1 0 0mg L)的SA ,使其叶片的SOD、POD、PAL和PPO活性增加 ,MDA含量降低 ,抗逆性增强 ;而较高浓度的SA (1 50~2 0 0mg L)则抑制了这些酶的活性、使MDA含量升高 ,抗逆性减弱。
The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL),polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and the changes of the content of malonaldehydic acid (MDA) in cultivated Vanilla pretreated by different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA) and used for field crop have been studied.The results showed that the lower concentrations of SA (25-100mg/L) can induce higher activities of SOD,POD,PAL,PPO and the reduce content of MDA,and strongly stress resistance;while higher concentrations of SA (150-200mg/L) can restrain the enzyme activities and lead to the higher content of MDA and weaken the resistance
