摘要
采用XRF、XRD、FT -IR、NH3 -TPD等手段对柠檬酸处理后的 β沸石进行表征 ,同时以苯和丙烯的烷基化反应为探针 ,考察了柠檬酸处理后的 β沸石的催化性能。结果表明 :柠檬酸处理对 β沸石具有脱铝功能的同时 ,也具有补铝的功能 ;柠檬酸处理后的 β沸石的总酸量和B酸量增加 ,酸强度增强 ;
The effect of citric acid treatment on the structure and acidity of βzeolite was investigated by XRF,XRD,FT-IR and NH 3-TPD et al. As a probe, the alkylation reaction of benzene with propene was investigated over the treated zeolite. It was found that the citric acid treatment of β zeolite had the function of both dealuminization and realuminization; The acid strength , the amount of total acid and B acid increased; The result of the alkylation reaction of benzene with propene indicated that the convention of benzene after treatment was higher than that before treatment.
