立体传质塔板在气体分馏装置的应用 被引量:6

摘要 中国石油锦州石化分公司在气体分馏装置异丁烯塔的扩能改造中用立体传质塔板(CIST)替代原F_1型浮阀塔板,在塔径(2600 mm)、塔高、塔固定件均不变动的情况下,使处理能力较最初设计值提高136.76%,能耗降幅达41.1%。改造后,塔运行平稳,操作弹性大,达到了改造目标。 F1 float valve tray was replaced by combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST) in the capacity expansion revamping of the isobutene tower of Gas Fractionation unit in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company. Capacity of the unit has been increased by 136.76% , compared with the original design, while energy consumption decreased by 41.10 % with 2 600 mm tower diameter and without tower height and the tower internals being changed. After revamping, the tower runs smoothly with a good operation flexibility. The goal for the revamping has been reached.
