摘要
为了解大学生个人成长主动性、学习倦怠现状,探索个人成长主动性与学习倦怠之间的关系,采用个人成长主动性量表(第二版)、大学生学习倦怠量表对326名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,大学生个人成长主动性处于中等偏上水平,学习倦怠处于中等水平。个人成长主动性总分及各维度得分与学习倦怠总分及各维度得分之间呈显著负相关(p<0.01)。对改变的准备、主动行为对学习倦怠的解释达30.1%,能显著预测学习倦怠。
In order to understand the individual growth initiative and learning burnout of college students,the relationship between individual growth initiative and learning burnout was explored.326 college students in a border prefecture of Yunnan province were investigated by personal growth initiative scale(2 nd edition)and college students’learning burnout scale.The results of the study show:the personal growth initiative of college students in frontier ethnic areas was above the average level and the learning burnout was at a medium level.The total score of personal growth initiative and all dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with the total score of learning burnout and all dimensions(p<0.01).The explanation of change readiness and active behavior on learning burnout reached 30.1%,which could significantly predict learning burnout.
