摘要
根据智能涂层传感器的工作原理及技术特点,设计了多种航空常用铝合金材料试验件;对其工程适用性进行试验,为智能涂层传感器的在线工程应用奠定了基础。结果表明:传感器能顺利捕捉到结构的疲劳裂纹,传感器电阻值的变化能反映裂纹扩展趋势。
Samples of aluminum alloy were designed according to the principle and characteristics of the smart coatings sensor.The validation of smart coatings sensor technology for composite is completed and the grounding work for further on-board engineering application of the smart coatings sensor is established.The results show that the fatigue crack of structure can be seized by the smart coatings sensors,and the resistance of the smart coatings sensors changes along with the tendency of crack propagation.
