摘要
从传统超声检测的创新、超声检测新技术和超声检测的信号处理三个方面阐述了该技术在熔焊焊缝缺陷检测中的现状;介绍了超声检测在熔焊焊接残余应力测定中的理论、方法及其应用现状;总结了超声检测的局限性并展望了未来的发展趋势。
It is extensively applied in NDT(Non-destructive testing)of fusion welding seam.Firstly,the status of this technology in defect inspection of fusion welding seam was expounded in three aspects:innovations of conventional ultrasonic testing,new techniques of ultrasonic testing,and ultrasonic signal processing.Secondly,theories,methods and application situation of fusion welding residual stress measurement by ultrasonic testing were introduced.Finally,this paper summarized limitations of ultrasonic testing and prospected the future trend.
