摘要
采用热挤压成型的管嘴结构复杂,产生多方向缺陷的可能性较大,必须按RCC-M《压水堆核岛机械设备设计和建造法则》规范进行多方向的全体积超声检测。按照RCC-M规范对母管的质量要求确定了管嘴检测时对比试样的轴向、周向人工槽尺寸,并按管嘴的实物形状制作了对比试块。采用多角度探头检测时,重点对内壁R弧处的轮廓界面回波进行了分析,确定其为非缺陷回波,验证了热挤压直接成型管嘴工艺的可行性。
The tube mouth of hot extrusion forming must be inspected by ultrasonic testing according to the 'RCC-M PWR nuclear machinery design and construction rules'because of the complexity of its structure and high probability of producing multi-direction defects.The axial and circumferential artificial slot size of reference blocks for the nozzle must be fabricated according to the RCC-M specification requirement for the quality of the mother tube and according to the physical shape of nozzle.Using multi-angle probe detection,the key point was to analyze the echo from the lining of Rarc contour interface,which was identified as the defect echo,verifying the feasibility of hot extrusion forming nozzle process directly.
