摘要
目的分析研究安全管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果及应用价值。方法随机选取2013年8月—2015年3月该院神经内科接诊的88例患者作为研究对象,依据数字表法将上述88例患者随机分为两组,其中44例为对照组,采用临床常规护理,另44例为观察组,在此基础上进行安全管理。结果患者生活质量评分、意外事件发生几率及护理满意度等指标经对比分析后显示观察组具有显著优异性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床常规护理基础上,积极分析不安全因素,对精神内科患者进行必要的安全管理,不仅可有效减低各类意外事件的发生几率,改善患者的生活质量,而且也可在极大程度上提高患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度。
Objective Application effect and application value of safety management in nursing management in the Department of internal medicine. Methods Randomly select from August 2013 to March 2015 the hospital neurology department accepts the 88 cases of patients as the research object, according to the digital table method the 88 patients were divided to two groups, including 44 cases as the control group, the routine clinical care and the other 44 cases as the observation group, on the basis of safety management. Results The score of life quality score, probability of accident and nursing satisfaction were compared with that of the patients, and the observation group was significantly superior to that of the observation group,The difference was statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing care, it is not only effective to analyze the safety management of patients with mental department of internal medicine, but also reduce the risk of accidents, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the satisfaction degree of patients and their families.
