摘要
针对目前电网运行方式的不同,在断路器合闸过程中,既有差频并网,也有可能同频并网,在非调频调压控制的场合,可以考虑采用在线路测控单元中,使配置有准同期功能,而不专门配置准同期装置,这样一方面降低了成本,另一方面也简化了现场的接线。该项应用技术有新意,已经国家继电器监督检验中心动模实验室的试验及现场实际运行成功。
Because of the complicated structure of the network, there is the possibility of different frequency synchronizing or same frequency synchronizing while break closing. Quasi-synchronization functions can be set in the line monitor and control unit to substitute the specialized synchronization unit. In this way, the cost will be lower and the wire-connecting work will be less. In view of the novelty of the application technology,the modeling test in the National Center of Relay Supervision and Inspection and the practical operation on the spot have been carried out successfully.
