摘要
对X6 5管线钢环焊接头的断裂韧性δc 进行了试验测定 ,自行编制了确定接头断裂韧性δc概率统计分布的计算机分析程序。将试验数据输入计算程序 ,只需一次计算就可确定断裂韧性是否符合三种常用分布 (正态分布、对数正态分布、威布尔分布 )之一 ,该程序对快速、准确地确定材料力学性能的概率统计分布以及对结构进行可靠性分析具有重要应用价值。计算表明 ,X6 5管线钢环焊接头的断裂韧性δc 符合正态分布、对数正态分布和威布尔分布 ,但威布尔分布是描述管道焊缝金属断裂韧度指标δc
The fracture toughness experiments of circumferential welding joint was carried out in this paper for X65 pipe steel. The fracture toughness experimental results were analyzed by using computer program which was developed by ourselves. The distribution of weld fracture toughness which may accord with normal distribution, lognormal distribution or weibull distribution can be determined by calculating the results only one time. The program, which plays an important role in structure reliability analysis, can be used to determine the probability statistic distribution of the mechanical properties. The calculating results indicated that the weld joint fracture toughness of the X65 pipe steel can either accord with normal distribution, lognormal distribution or weibull distribution. But the optimum fitting distribution of the fracture toughness δ c is weibull distribution.
