摘要
目的:介绍简易的“水封式”吸气阈值负荷装置的设计原理,论证其具备可提供准确吸气阈值的功能和阻力负荷很低的特点。方法:①结构及原理:由吸气室、呼气室、相应呼吸管路和两个单向瓣组成。吸气时,只有当负压增加到超过吸气室内吸气管的水柱时,才能产生吸气流速,由此产生吸气阈值负荷。②验证方法:4个志愿人员参与实验,记录不同吸气阈值负荷呼吸资料。结果:在吸气相吸气阈值压力(Pth)是稳定的,开启压力(Pop)和Pth间呈良好线形关系。吸气瓣阻力与Pth(P>0.05)和3L/s范围内的吸气流速(P>0.05)均无相关性。该装置同样可提供稳定的呼气阈值负荷。结论:“水封式”装置是一种简易可靠的吸气阈值负荷装置,可用于呼吸锻炼和研究。
Objective:To introduce the design of a water-sealed inspiratory threshould loading device and investigate if it can provide precise and constant inspiratory threshould load(ITL)with little flow resistance.Method:①Design:The device is composed of an inspiratory chamber,an expiratory chamber,corresponding tubing and two one-way valves.During inspiration,only when an inspiratory pressure exceeds the negative pressure indicated by the water column of the inspiratory tube in the inspiratory chamber,can the inspiratory flow be generated,thus ITL is produced.②Verifing method:Four volunteers participated in the study.Respiratory data during different ITL were collected.Result:The threshold pressure(Pth)was constant throughout inspiration.The opening pressure(Pop)was linearly related to Pth(P<0.0001).Inpiratory valve resistance was independent of both Pth(P>0.05)and inspiratory flow within3L/s(P>0.05).The device can provide reliable expiratory threshould too.Conclusion:The water-sealed inspiratory threshould loading device is a simple and reliable ITL device and can be used both in respiratory training and study.
