摘要
本文研究了钛醋酸纤维素(TiCA)为膜材料的制膜工艺和添加剂对膜性能的影响,评价了制膜工艺对膜性能的关系。结果表明,不同含钛量的钛醋酸纤维素(钛0.44~2.20%),只要采用合适的添加剂和配方都能获得脱盐率90~99%,水通量为1.8~3.6 ml/(cm^2·h)的膜。钛纤维素适用于较高的进料温度,耐氟性能好。
The effect of casting technology and additives on the properties ofmembrane cast from titanium cellulose acetate (TiCA) has been studied.Ithas been found that under suitable conditions TiCA with 0.44—2.2% of Ticontent can be fabricatcd into a satisfactory membrane with 90—99% of saltrejection and 1.8—3.6% ml/(cm^2h) of water flux.The experiment data alsoshow that TiCA membrane can be used at higher working temperature andhas a good resistance to chlorine.
