摘要
用SPES-C 材料制备了荷电纳滤膜,这类膜能有效地分离水溶液中的荷负电染料(分子量306~700)和PEG-1000。在0.4 MPa 压力下,这些纳滤膜对200~2000mg/L的NaCl 和Na_2SO_4水溶液有一定的脱盐效率。文章研究了溶剂、添加剂对膜性能的影响,同时也研究了膜的电性能与分子量、染料电荷数与膜的选择性的关系。
The charged nanofiltration membranes have been prepared with SPES-Cmaterials.Nanofiltration membranes are made from SPES-C.They caneffectively isolate nagative charged dyestuffs (M.W.300—700) and PEG-1000 in their aqueous solution.The water solution with 200—2000 mg/LNaCl or Na_2SO_4 can be moderately desalted by nanofiltration membranesunder 0.4 MPa operating pressure.The influence of solvent and additives on the membrane performancehas been investigated.The relationship betwecn electric property of themembrane and its molecular weight,as well as charged number of dye-stuffs and membrane selective properties has been studied.Up to now no research report on nanofiltration membranes has beenpublished in China.
