摘要
用硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化钛 (TiO2 )粒子表面进行预处理 ,使其表面由亲水性变为疏水性 ,并在其表面接枝上可反应的有机官能团。通过改性纳米TiO2 表面上的原位聚合反应 ,制备了纳米TiO2 /硅丙复合乳液。透射电子显微镜观察结果显示 ,乳液中存在两种结构的乳胶粒子 :一种是以聚丙烯酸酯为核、有机硅聚合物为壳的核壳结构硅丙乳胶粒子 ;另一种是以纳米TiO2 为核、有机聚合物为壳的纳米TiO2 /聚合物复合结构乳胶粒子。乳胶粒子的结构形态可由乳化剂的用量控制。该复合乳液具有较好的杀菌效果 ,在较短时间内对细菌的杀灭率可达 90
The surface of nano TiO 2 particles was pretreated by silane coupling agents,which changed the surface from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity,and then grafted the active organic functional groups on the surface.Nano TiO 2/ silicone modified acrylate composite emulsion was obtained by in situ polymerization on modified nano TiO 2.The results of TEM showed that two kinds of emulsion particles existed in the emulsion:one kind of particles were core shell structure silicone modified acrylate emulsion particles with acrylate as core and polysiloxane as shell; while the other kind of particles were nano TiO 2/polymer composite emulsion particles of core shell structure,with nano TiO 2 as core and organic polymer as shell.The structure of the emulsion particles could be controlled by the amount of emulsifier.
