摘要
利用火花直读光谱仪、布氏硬度计、扫描电镜(SEM)、光学金相显微镜(OM)等设备对49MnVS3汽车发动机曲轴冲击功数值出现跳跃性波动现象进行了分析,通过对冲击断裂试样进行表面质量、缺口形状、加工尺寸、化学成分、硬度、断口形貌、非金属夹杂物分布、显微组织形貌等的分析,确定曲轴冲击功检验数据出现跳跃性变化以及数值偏低是因为制备冲击试样的位置及方向不规范造成的。
The jump fluctuation of impact value of 49 MnVS3 automobile crank shaft was analyzed by means of spark direct-reading spectrometer,Brinell hardness tester,scanning electron microscope(SEM),optical metallographic microscope(OM).Testing and checking for the surface quality of the impacted samples,notch geometry,machining dimension,chemical composition,hardness,appearance of fracture,distribution of the non-metallic inclusion,microstructure,ascertain that the reason of the crack shaft impact testing data jump fluctuation and lower impact value are due to the non-standard position and direction of the impact sample.
