摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析,对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢管孔洞形成的原因进行分析。结果表明:管内壁黏结钼顶头脱落层,管生产中存在带状偏析、D类非金属夹杂物,同时存在热应力和形变应力等缺陷,在含氯的介质作用下,钝化膜破坏产生了点蚀,导致余热回收工程管线多处出现孔洞并漏水。
The holes on 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel pipe were researched by chemical composition analysis,metallurgical test and scanning electron microscope analysis. The results show that flakes of Mo stick on the inner-wall of pipe,there are some defects such as band segregation,D type inclusions,heat stress,deformation stress and so on. The passive film is damaged by medium within Cl,so that many holes exist on the pipeline and water leaked.
