摘要
利用X射线应力分析仪,分别对双金属复合管制造过程中不同阶段包括316L不锈钢板、不锈钢衬管、爆炸复合后双金属复合管及外防腐后双金属复合管衬层的轴向、圆周方向及径向进行残余应力分布的分析。通过分析得出衬层在制造过程中不同方向的残余应力分布及变化规律,进而分析残余应力的变化对衬层抗应力腐蚀性能的影响。
The axial, circumferential and radial residual stress distribution at different manufacturing stages of bimetal clad pipe including 316 L stainless steel plate, stainless steel liner, the liner of bimetal pipes after explosion clad or 3LPP was tested and analyzed by means of X- ray stress analyzer. Through analysis, the residual stress distribution and variation in different directions during the manufacturing process of the liner pipe was obtained, and the impact on its resistance performance to stress corrosion was analyzed with the variation of residual stress.
