摘要
回顾了 2 0年来的优质玉米育种工作 ,介绍立题时的总体思路和技术路线 ,着重在扩大种质资源 ,选育新的自交系。广泛利用外来种质 ,特别是热带种质和优质蛋白种质 ,分次导入国内种质 ,从中连续选二环系。在选系的基础群体上 ,既利用现有的单交种 ,更主要的是根据选系目标 ,有意识的组配新的基础群体 ,从中选育目标自交系。组配杂交种时 ,一方面组配纯高赖氨酸的杂交种 ,也利用高赖氨酸的自交系与普通自交系组配优质的普通杂交种 ,以适应农业生产的需要。育种前期 ,做了一系列生物试验和遗传试验。
This paper recall the program of the quality protein maize breeding about past twenty years. It introduce the guide thoughts and technical routes which concentrate in widening the germplasm resources and breeding new inbreed lines. As to the breeding method, the exotic germplasms especially like the tropical germplasms and QPM genes were introduced into domestic materials for several times in order to breeding the recycle lines continually from them. Not only the single cross hybrids but also the synthetics which is combined artificially according to the breeding target were used as basic population for selecting new objective in breadlines. The high lysine content lines were used for combining the high lysine content hybrids as well as for combining the quality common hybrids with common inbreed lines which were more adapted to the agricultural production. At the fist stage of program, the biological and genetic teats were finished by using high lysine synthetic.
