摘要
介绍全橡胶渗透钢丝帘线 3× 0 .3 0HT TRU的性能 ,研究其在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。与 2 +2×0 2 5HT钢丝帘线相比 ,3× 0 .3 0HT TRU钢丝帘线具有断裂强力和粘合强度高、橡胶渗透性能好等优点 ,以其为带束层骨架材料生产的轮胎抗磨损能力增强、轮胎的高速和耐久性能提高。
The properties of 3×0.30 HT ** TRU full rubber penetrated steel cord were introduced and its application in radial car tire was investigated.3×0.30 HT ** TRU featured higher rupture strength and adhesion strength,and better rubber penetration when compared with 2+2×0 25HT.The high wear resistance,speed performance and endurance of finished tire were obtained when 3×0.30 HT ** TRU was used as reinforcing material in belt.
