摘要
提出了一种利用碳纤维膜负载组合光敏剂、光敏氧化处理重革废水的新技术。结果显示 :光敏剂的不同组合及碳纤维膜负载不同量的光敏剂 ,对制革废水中S2 -、COD的去除率是不同的 ,其中以负载复合型光敏剂 ,即当吖靛橙 (RO)∶亚甲基蓝 (MB) =3∶2 ,总负载量为 1 80mg/m2 为最佳。在光照强度为 3 0 0 0lx ,面积负荷为94L/m2 ·HRT ,S2 -的去除率在 90 .0 %以上、COD去除率也可达 5 9.7% :对有机物的最大去除能力为 1 65 g(COD) /m2 ·HRT ,并且这种负载型光敏剂可重复使用。
This new method of treating vegetable tanning waste water by photosensitive oxidation of complex photosensitiser (acridine orange and methylene blue) loaded in carbon fibre membrane is presented.The test results show the different ratios of removing S 2- ,COD contrast with the different quality of complex photosensitisers and their loaded quality. The best efficiency of removing S 2- is more than 90.0%and COD is about 59.7%,the max oxidation ability is 165g(COD)/m 2·HRT,under the conditions as follows:RO∶MB=3∶2,the quality of total loaded amount 180mg/m 2,lighting intension 3 000lx,HRT=2h,and area burdening amount 94L/m 2·HRT.In the same time the complex photosensitisers loaded can be reused,the mechanisms are also discussed.
