摘要
零齿差机构的突出问题是齿轮的干涉与强度。在导出避免干涉的条件后 ,建立新的强度公式 ,给出各项检验指标 ,并提出切齿过程中保证精度的具体措施。
The most prominent problem in Zero Difference Type Output Mechanism (ZTD) is the problem of interference and strength between teeth. In this research,conditions of avoiding interference are derived,brand-new formulas are set up,various test indicators are given and concrete measurements as to guaranteeing accuracy in cutting tooth are offered.
