摘要
随着现代工业的快速发展 ,人类生存环境的污染问题日益严重。含铅聚甲醛复合材料 ,由于具有良好的自润滑性能 ,其应用范围不断扩大 ,然而在使用过程中 ,铅的危害不断暴露出来 ,迫使人们加快对无铅POM复合材料的研究步伐。本项研究采用无毒的锡粉代替铅粉研制出新型的无铅POM复合材料。在同等条件下 ,进行对比摩擦实验结果表明 :2种POM复合材料的摩擦系数与磨损量都比较接近 ,可以采用无铅POM复合材料可以代替含铅POM复合材料 ,从而达到保护环境的目的。
The lead POM composites have excellent self-lubricating property and are applied widely. But harm of lead is revealed in the course of application. It is an urgent problem to develop new leadless POM composites. In the paper,the leadless POM composites were developed with powder of stannum instead of lead. By comtrast friction test in the same condition,the results showed that friction properties of two kinds of POM composites were identical.
