The E-algorithm is a general extrapolation method which includes most of the sequencetronsformations actually known. In this paper, successive acceleration of the E-algorithm isstudied by repeatedly using Aitken's Δ~2-process. A simple method for controlling the error isproposed and two numerical examples are given.
