摘要
以问卷调查、访谈和数理统计的方法对安徽省181名高职护理专业贫困生资助现状进行调查。研究表明:高职院校护理专业贫困生资助存在的问题主要有:贫困生认定不公平、贫困生的资助名额分配不科学、勤工助学岗位无法满足贫困生需求、资助工作缺乏有效后续监督等。建议通过科学实施贫困生认定、公平分配贫困生名额、创设勤工助学岗位和完善监督措施等办法来提高贫困生资助的有效性和公平性。
By means of questionnaire, interviewing and mathematical statistics method, an investigation on the statos quo of funding 181 higher vocational nursing students. The results showed that the problems in this activity mainly include unfair identification of impoverished students, unreasonable allocation of quota, insufficient work-study positions, ineffective follow-up supervision on funding work, and so on. It is suggested to promote fairness and efficiency of funding work through the scientific identification of impoverished students, fair allocation of quota, adding work-study positions and perfect the supervision measures.
