摘要
我国农业信息化建设成效显著,推动了我国农业发展。与国外农业信息化进程相比,我国农业信息化建设仍存在问题,应借鉴国外先进的农业信息化发展特点,立足我国实情,强化政府引领职能、加强农民信息化能力培训、健全农业信息资源开发、完善农业信息市场,从而推动我国农业信息化建设。
China has made remarkable achievements in the construction of agricultural informatization, which has promoted agricultural development in China. Compared with the process of foreign agricultural informatization, there are still some problems in China's agricultural informationization. Based on the actual situation of our country, we should learn from foreign advanced agricultural developing characteristics,, strengthen government functions and training of peasants' ability in information technology, improve development of agricultural information resource, improve the agricultural information market so as to promote the agricultural informatization construction in China.
