摘要
采用统计过程控制的统计学方法,通过分析丁基胶塞智能制造生产线工艺流程,确定了影响丁基胶塞质量的关键生产过程和关键工艺参数,建立质量控制点,确定控制点处计量型数据和计数型数据的控制限,建立质量预分析模型,并在此基础上开发出了丁基胶塞质量预分析系统。
Based on the analysis of intelligent manufacturing line process of butyl rubber plug,we determined the critical production process and essential parameters of the process affecting the quality of butyl rubber plug,using the statistical method of statistical process control.The quality control points were established,and the control limits of metering data and counting data at the control points were determined.Based on establishing the quality pre-analysis model,the quality pre-analysis system of butyl rubber plug was developed.
